Bt678 was founded with one clear purpose: to bring a world-class casino experience directly to Malaysian players. From Perlis to Sabah, over 1.8 million active members trust bt678 as their online entertainment platform of choice for its integrity, security, and unmatched game selection.
Bt678 is more than just another online casino platform. We are an entertainment technology company built from the ground up with a single mission — to deliver a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience to Malaysian players without compromise. Since our founding in 2018, bt678 has grown into one of the most trusted names in the online gambling industry across Southeast Asia, with over 1.8 million registered members from all across Malaysia.
What began as a small sports betting platform focused on the Malaysia Super League and EPL has grown into a full-fledged entertainment ecosystem. Today, bt678 offers over 500 games spanning a Live Casino with real dealers, slot games from the world's leading providers, multi-discipline Sports Betting including cricket and badminton, and online poker with lucrative weekly tournaments. Everything is accessible under a single bt678 account, priced in MYR, from any device.
The bt678 team comprises over 400 professionals specialising in gaming technology, cybersecurity, customer service, and product development. This diversity reflects our user base — players from Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, and every corner of Malaysia are active bt678 members who use the platform as part of their daily entertainment.
One of the most important early decisions in bt678's journey was a full commitment to localisation for the Malaysian market. This went beyond language translation — it meant supporting all major Malaysian digital payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. It meant displaying all values in MYR with no hidden currency conversions. And most importantly, it meant providing fluent Bahasa Melayu customer support around the clock, seven days a week, across multiple channels including live chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Bt678 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all members' personal data and financial transactions. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent. All game providers partnered with bt678 undergo independent RNG (Random Number Generator) audits by internationally accredited bodies.

We provide daily and weekly deposit limit features, a forced break feature when playtime exceeds set thresholds, and a self-exclusion facility for players who feel they need a break. The bt678 team is trained to identify signs of excessive gambling and will proactively reach out to members who may need support. We believe that players who gamble responsibly are happier and more loyal in the long run.
On the technology front, bt678 runs on a cloud infrastructure capable of supporting over one million concurrent users without any performance degradation. bt678's servers, distributed across multiple strategic data centres, ensure low latency and high stability even during major sporting events such as Malaysia Super League matches or the peak of international badminton tournaments featuring Malaysian players. Live casino video streams are delivered in HD with under 0.5 seconds of delay for the smoothest live dealer experience possible.
